CLINIC RELOCATION UPDATE

We want you to feel informed and comfortable throughout your visit to Charlton Digestive Disease Centre.

Before Your Appointment

• Follow the bowel preparation instructions provided for your specific procedure.
• Review your medications with your healthcare team. Do not stop or change prescribed medications unless instructed.
• Arrange transportation home following your procedure.

On the Day of Your Procedure

• Arrive at the time provided in your appointment instructions.
• Bring your Ontario health card and a current list of medications.
• Wear comfortable clothing and follow all eating and drinking instructions provided by the clinic.

After Your Procedure

You will spend time in our recovery area before being discharged. Your healthcare team will provide instructions for your care at home.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require at least three (3) business days' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

A $90 cancellation fee will apply if the required notice is not provided.
